Dr. Chandni Choudhary, Medical Director
Dr. Chandni Choudhary was born and brought up in India where she obtained her M.B.B.S degree from Lady Harding Medical College. Upon completion of her medical degree she moved to Houston, Texas with her husband.
She did her family medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine. She is currently board certified in family medicine and is a member of the AAFP. Upon graduation from Baylor, she worked at Harris health taking care of the medically underserved population of Harris county. This experience has made her comfortable with treating medically and socially complex patients with multiple medical and social issues.
Dr. Choudhary’s interests also include helping patients lose weight and develop a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Choudhary is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu. She lives with her husband and 2 young children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, eating out, going to the park with her kids.
Courtney Fisher-Brown, PA-C
Courtney Fischer-Brown MPAS, PA-C is a native Houstonian. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Physiology from Texas State University. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where she was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Physician Assistant Honor Society.
Courtney has been practicing medicine since 2012 and has worked in specialties of urology, hepatology and allergy/asthma/immunology prior to joining Houston Family Practice. Her areas of clinical interest include preventative health, patient education, and chronic disease management .
Courtney is certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Texas Medical Board. She is a member of the Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
In her spare time she enjoys running and spending time with friends and family.
Michelle Nguyen, PA-C
We would also like to welcome our New Physician Assistant, Ms. Michelle Nguyen who is the newest addition to our care team. Ms. Nguyen is a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant with prior experience in primary care. She is committed to providing the exceptional, personalized care you have come to expect from our clinic.
Michelle was born in California but grew up in Houston, TX. She got her undergraduate degree in biochemistry at UT Austin and her masters in physician assistant studies at UTRGV. She is a board certified physician assistant and has been practicing in family medicine since April of 2024.
She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them to understand and improve their overall health. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, dining out, going to the gym, playing board games and video games, and traveling to new places. Ms. Nguyen shares our mission of prioritizing your health and well-being.
